# Will I still get notifications from a blocked app?

No. While an app is blocked by Detox, you don't get its notifications. As soon as the block lifts, you start getting them again.

This is the same for every block type (Auto Block, Block Now, Scheduled Block): an app stays quiet for as long as it's blocked, and goes back to normal the moment the block ends.
