# What is Lifetime access?

Lifetime is a one-time purchase that gives you Detox premium forever on the Apple Account that bought it. No recurring charges, no renewal date, no cancellation needed. Once you buy it, premium stays unlocked on every device that signs in with that Apple Account.

## Where to buy Lifetime

You can buy Lifetime at any time from inside the app: open Detox → **Settings** → **Other settings** → the Subscription section. The Lifetime option is listed alongside the renewing subscriptions there.

The exact price varies by country, so check the in-app listing for what you'd actually pay.

## The discounted offer

Detox occasionally surfaces a discounted Lifetime offer to existing users. It appears after you view a weekly report, in a short pop-up; if it shows up, that's the only path to Lifetime at a reduced price. The discount amount varies and the offer isn't always available, so we can't promise specific savings or a specific timing.

If you've already seen the discounted offer and missed it, the in-app full-price Lifetime option above is still there.

## Lifetime vs. the renewing subscription tiers

A few practical differences worth knowing:

- **Lifetime is one-time.** You pay once, ever. The renewing subscriptions (monthly, yearly) charge at each renewal.
- **No plan covers more than one Apple Account yet.** Lifetime isn't shared across Apple Accounts, and neither are the renewing tiers; there's no family plan to buy today. One is coming soon. - **Lifetime moves with the Apple Account.** It's tied to whichever Apple Account purchased it, not to a specific device. Sign in with that Apple Account on a new iPhone, install Detox, and premium is recognized automatically (you may need to tap **Restore Purchases** if it doesn't show up immediately).
